Comments: Will Smith's 'Hitch' premiers on Ellis Island

So, is "Hitch" any good?

I loved it. I'm not much of a movie reviewer (which is why the post above focuses more on the event and how Ellis Island was such a stunning setting for the event.)

The TV previews for the movie just don't do it justice. I think it's one of the best NY love stories I've ever seen. A little "Queer Eye" action, but it's also kind of a buddy movie. And it's one of those movies that makes you fall in love with the city -- just beautiful locations. She's a tabloid gossip columnist, he's a love doctor to dopey guys -- both NY know-it-alls too tough for love. You can figure out where it goes.

We laughed all the way through it. And as we were leaving the theater, more than one couple stayed in their seats making out.
