Comments: Macy's 4th of July fireworks moving to Hudson River
That sucks! I live in Brooklyn and in the past few years I enjoyed going downtown Bklyn to watch the show. I don't understand why they are moving it back to Manhattan, it will be too congested just like every event in Manhattan.

Some folks may think this suck for sure, but I have always thought these fireworks belong on the Hudson in full view of the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island and all the other reminders of what we once stood for and some of us hope we will stand for again.

Just as us folks in Brooklyn and Queens were feeling like we are a part of NYC, Macy's limits it's fireworks to the West Side and New Jersey again. God forbid we should feel like we are all in the same city.
