Hi, thanks. When our red eye landed from NYC, we were thru immigration and bag claim and sitting on Heathrow Express literally 40 minutes after wheels down. Pretty amazing.
But then when we flew in from Budapest, it was clear the baggage blokes aren't the smartest tools in the shed. The Brit papers are saying they're still losing 900 bags a day at T5.
But personally, yeah, I'd fly into T5 again tomorrow -- though I might think twice if I had to depend on them to transfer my bags to another flight.

I look at this page often to plan my "vacation at home", but was happy to read about your holiday. So, do you recommend Terminal 5, or should we still avoid Heathrow like the plague?
