Comments: Waterfall quickies: free tours, new bars, the 311
Very weird as that's what the Bike and Roll guy at the South Street Seaport told me Thursday when I was there. The free tours were going to be only for this past weekend though, but still, if you called it seems they'd at least know about the tours going forward.

Bike and Roll knows nothing about a twice daily bicycle tour of the waterfalls and especially nothing free.
