I'll believe when the subway stop there graduates from the Third World. But what about the Cyclone? Mermaids and Polar Bears can still hang around and stink up the place, one hopes. I blame Marty Markowitz.

alas...and so another part of New York that takes you back to a simpler time disappears in the name of 'progress'. let me guess - they are going to force Nathan's to build a shiny new building and tear down that glorious shack.
