Comments: Thanksgiving travelers pushed AirTrain to records
It was absolutely miserable to fly out of Newark on the 22nd night..we decided to save time by using the train from penn rather than a cab,there were hordes of people in front of the ticket vending machines when we finally managed to get on to the train ,we were packed luggage et al like sardines. People
standing in aisles and the train seemed to crawl to Newark while we got tense that we were not going to get on our flight to London.At Newark the air train was another horror as we tried to cram ourselves into the small vestibules with luggage.We finally got to check a mere 60 minutes before our flight ..remember never ever to fly on the night before Thanks giving!!
