Comments: A glimpse of the Rockefeller Center roof gardens
Been looking for these for ages for my website Movie Locations Guide, and only just found out they're on top of the Rockerfeller Center. The garden in your second picture was of course used in Spider-man. After the Times Square fight with the Green Goblin Spider-man drops off Mary Jane in the garden in your 2nd photo. Pity it's closed to the public now :(
