Comments: Red Hook cruise terminal pictures prohibited - guard

Humm...'we' wonder at the legaltiy of 'they' telling 'you' that 'we' cannot shoot pictures on 'our' public property. 'We' don't think a cruise ship terminal falls under the heading of 'Secure Sites' that could somehow be compromised by 'our' pictures. 'We' are betting 'they' are just way behind schedule. Hard to tell from any pics 'we' have seen from there that anything has been done yet. 'We' think
'we' shall go to the kitchen to grab a drink and ponder if 'we' should go there weekly to track the construction progress. Or lack thereof.

Not illegal at all. I often wonder what law is used to ban filming at the Battery Tunnel. The parameters must be written somewhere. Is it bridges and tunnels? Is it anything government related? Clearly this is not homeland security related.
