Sheep. People would come into restaurants I managed with a two year old review and demand that the Chef prepare a dish that was mentioned. Forget that the review praised the seasonal changing of the menu, they came for THAT dish. Now that I'm a wine merchant, I see that it still applies. Someone they've never met writes up a wine, and they have to have THAT wine. Right now.
