Comments: LaGuardia Airport ferry service postponed to 2006
Just imagine taking a ferry to the airport -- no traffic. All three major metro airports are on/near the water. This idea is long overdue and cost effective when done right. But Gov. Pataki, Mayor Giuliani, the Port Authority and all their cronies in private industry just can't help themselves -- pushing these multibillion-dollar Airtrain projects... who benefits and who loses?
