Comments: 'Odd Couple' may sell entire run to AmEx cardholders

I think the whole thing is despicable. I have an Amex Platinum and managed to find 7th row center orchestra seats for a matinee in January for $100 each. I finalized my order and was waiting for my tickets to arrive in the mail.
Then Ticketmaster called me to say they made a mistake. Those seats are "Premium" seats and should have been sold at $250. Now they're threatening to cancel my order and, since the show is basically sold out, I won't get to see it.

When did producers and actors get so greedy that they had to implement this new "Premium" seating policy? They should be thankful people are going to their shows at all! I refuse to pay that much money for a show and anyone who does is falling into their trap.

About Ticketmaster's screw-up, I will never ever purchase tickets through them again. I'd sooner spend hours in line at the box office than give them another dime of my money. They are shameful.
