Broadway's 'On a Clear Day' to close Jan. 29

onacleardaybroadwayThe Broadway revival of “On a Clear Day You Can See Forever” starring Harry Connick Jr will close Jan. 29, producers announced today.

Among critics, the musical merited a sour C- median score after its Dec. 11 opening night, according to Stagegrade’s calculations.

By the time it closes, the show will have played only 29 preview and 57 regular performances.

Regular tickets are priced from $35 to $147. Premium and aisle seats sell for $157 to $302. Student-rush tickets cost $30.

“On a Clear Day You Can See Forever” plays the St. James Theatre, located at 246 W. 44th Street. Earlier today, publicists for “Leap of Faith” said that show will move into the St. James for performances starting April 3.
