Free movie nights start at Tavern on the Green patio
 Free movies start tonight at the former Tavern on the Green site as part of the new Twilights @ Tavern series.
The Scene At Tavern On The Green is the new program to bring free movies and fitness programs to the patio of Central Park’s iconic but defunct Upper West Side restaurant.
“Entre Nos” screens tonight at 7:30 p.m. with an introduction by the film’s director and star, Paola Mendoza, and co-writer and co-director Gloria La Morte.
”Entre Nos” had its world premiere in 2009 at the Tribeca Film Festival.
The full summer lineup features made-in-New York films.
June 29 - “Between the Folds”
July 13 - “Mad Hot Ballroom”
July 27 - “Food.Curated”
Aug. 10 - “Appetite City”
Aug. 17 - “Carol Channing: Larger than Life”
Food will be on sale from the Ladle of Love, Pera Turkish Tacos, Rickshaw Dumpling Truck and Van Leeuwen Artisan Ice Cream food trucks.
