Parade of Ships pictures from Fleet Week 2011 in NYC



New York’s Fleet Week got underway this morning with a Parade of Ships and flyovers. See the full schedule of events and deals for the week.

The USS New York, an Amphibious Transport Dock, was commissioned in New York in 2009 and features a bow stem made from seven and a half tons of steel recovered from the World Trade Center towers.
