Dine-In Brooklyn restaurant week set for March 21 - 31
More than 200 spots are expected to take part in this year’s Dine-In Brooklyn restaurant week, which will run from March 21 through 31, the borough president’s office today confirmed.
Restaurants taking part in this year’s Brooklyn restaurant week will include Strong Place in Cobble Hill; Olga’s on Smith, Bino Brooklyn, Scottadito Osteria Toscana, Jake’s BBQ and Provence en Boite in Carroll Gardens; Benchmark, Melt, Nana, Okeanos and Soigne in Park Slope; Water Street Restaurant in DUMBO; Miranda and Loreley in Williamsburg; Dougies BBQ and Grill in Kensington; Greenhouse Café in Bay Ridge; Jamie-Lynn’s Kitchen in Bensonhurst; Soule in Clinton Hill; and Chip Shop, which has locations in Brooklyn Heights and Park Slope.
Pricing for the three-course prix-fixe dinner, lunch and brunch menus has not been announced.
Update as of March 8: Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz today announced the 2011 restaurant week prices will be $20.11 for three course lunches, $25 for three-course dinners, plus “two for the price of one” meals at some locations.
The full list of restaurants — including River Cafe, al di la, Applewood, Grubstake, Bubby’s, Moutarde, Blue Ribbon, Rose Water, Stone Park Cafe, iCi, Bocca Lupo, Tanoreen, Chez Oskar, Bamonte’s, Armando’s, Tatiana Restaurant, Alma, Chestnut, Alchemy, Mazzat, Petite Crevette, Quercy, Waterfront Ale House and Junior’s — is available at the Visit Brooklyn website in pdf format.
More than 20 restaurants are doing 2-for-1 menus, including the Mill Basin Kosher Deli, Rice, Chipshop and Baluchi’s.
