Cooper-Hewitt to offer free admission for Design Week

nationaldesignweeklogo.jpgThe Smithsonian Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum will once again open its doors free in October throughout National Design Week, set for Oct. 18 through 24.

The museum will waive its $10 entry fee all week, offering views of the Meier 75 architectural drawings and models (on view Oct. 1 through 12) as well as the Design USA: Contemporary Innovation exhibition (On view Oct. 16 through April 4.)

The museum’s current exhibition, Design for a Living World, will remain on view through Jan. 4.
