New York magazine is out with its annual Cheap Eats issue, this year heavy on pizza, burgers and sandwiches with a side of suggestions in neighborhoods such as Ditmas Park, Corona, Vinegar Hill and Flushing.
Among the plugged picks: madwoman pastries at Momofuku Bakery & Milk Bar; porchetta - or the vegetarian side dishes - at Porchetta; and ‘wichcraft in the Flatiron has started a pilot program serving dinner, including a “gently priced” wine list.
