Joan Osborne, Los Lobos to play Rockin’ the River

Circle Line Sightseeing Cruises next week will kick off its 14th annual NYC Rockin’ the River events with bands such as Joan Osborne, Los Lobos and Dave Mason.

The cruises, which operate rain or shine, depart from Pier 83 at W. 42nd Street and make a route past the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, and Brooklyn Bridge.
