Olde Good Things expanding to Union Square area

Architectural salvage shop Olde Good Things is expanding with a new store in the Union Square area, the company said Wednesday in its new items newsletter.

The store — which sells salvaged items such as Brazilian ipe wood reclaimed from the Coney Island boardwalk, iron railing from the Plaza Hotel and glass tile from the demolished Rialto Theater on Times Square — will expand to 5 E. 16th St., map.

Meanwhile, Olde Good Things is continuing its “expansion sale” at its existing storefront at
124 W. 24th St., map.
