Four Points, Fairfield Inn hotels open on 40th Street

HotelChatter.com brings word of two side-by-side openings in Midtown: The Four Points by Sheraton Midtown - Times Square and Fairfield Inn New York Manhattan/Times Square are open for business.

A third hotel at the same spot, a Staybridge Suites, is targeting a January 16 opening.

The Four Points by Sheraton Midtown, located at 326 W. 40th St., has 244 guest rooms and offers free high-speed Internet. Online rates at the hotel’s own site start at $195.

The “boutique-style” Fairfield Inn, located at 330 W. 40th St., also boasts 244 rooms and free Internet. Rates are available from $179 on the hotel’s website.
