New hotel The MAve taking July reservations from $169
 The MAve hotel has launched its website and is taking reservations from July 26 with rates as low as $169.
Rooms in the boutique hotel will feature free wi-fi, 32-inch Plasma HD TVs, H2O bath products, 13.5-inch pillow-top mattresses and Belgian cotton linens.
The hotel will also offer a third-night free deal.
As HotelChatter noted earlier this year, “MAve’s (pronounced māv’e) name was developed from a creative word play on the location of the hotel” on Madison Avenue. The MAve is located in the Flatiron neighborhood, at 62 Madison Ave., map.
