Nathan's Famous for lease on Coney Island Boardwalk

nathansforlease.frogmapix.JPG

Kayak blogger frogma has a great set of Coney Island in the snow pictures — though unfortunately one of them is a sight not many folks will be happy to see.

On Monday, Nathan’s Famous hot dog stand on the Coney Island boardwalk got a giant “for lease” banner on top.

While the boardwalk location is closed, Coney Island’s main Nathan’s — at 1310 Surf Ave., map — remains opens. The boardwalk location, which had only opened in-season, has already disconnected its phone.
