Vendy Awards picks NYC's four best dessert trucks
Midtown Lunch alerts readers to the great news that the annual street-cart Vendy Awards has added a second category — for dessert.
The Vendys dessert finalists:
 Treats Truck (Kim Ima)
Dessert Truck (Jerome Chang/Chris Chen)
Van Leeuwen Ice Cream (Ben Van Leeuwen)
Wafels and Dinges (Thomas DeGeest)
The dessert trucks will join the other Vendy finalists at the big cook-off and awards event on October 18 at Dumbo’s Tobacco Warehouse.
