Hair of the dog for Wall St as 'Rock of Ages' opens NYSE

rockofages.jpgCapitulation be damned, maybe Wall Street isn’t done getting drunk.

The opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange this morning was rung by cast members from Off-Broadway’s “Rock of Ages.” It’s worth noting — for a number of reasons — that while watching this celebration of the ’80s excess, you can get drinks delivered to your theater seat during the performance, Modern Fabulosity learned, whisky in hand.

“Rock of Ages,” which features the music of hair-band legends Twisted Sister, Journey, Poison, Bon Jovi, and much, much, much more, has an open-ended run at New World Stages 340 W. 50th St., map.
