U.S. Helicopter $99 sale to JFK, Newark from Manhattan

Just last week, U.S. Helicopter announced a $45 Manhattan-to-JFK deal for Delta customers. And now they’ve got a $99 fare — for anyone on any airline — between Manhattan and JFK or Newark airports.

Also interesting, thepress release for the 2-year-old company is calling the deal an “Annual Fall Fare Sale.”

The $99 deal is good now through October 17th for travel up to December 31, a fair discount from the usual one-way fare of $159 for the eight-minute flight.

When you fly from either of U.S. Helicopter’s two Manhattan locations — near Wall Street and E. 34th on the East River — passengers clear TSA-certified security. Those helicopters land at the Delta terminal at JFK and Continental at Newark. If you’re flying those airlines, you don’t need to go through security again or check your bags twice; passengers transferring to other airlines must transfer to their terminal and go through regular airport security and check-in.
