The TKTS discount theater booth is slated to return to the heart of Times Square on June 20, according to the Post.

The Theater Development Fund's longer-than-planned renovation of Father Duffy Square and installation of a new ticket sales office is 90 percent complete, Times Square Alliance President Tim Tompkins told the paper.

Since May 1, 2006, the temporary TKTS booth has been behind the Marriott Marquis, on West 46th Street, between Broadway and Eighth Avenue.

The new building will be significantly fancier than the old one.
