Lincoln Center fountain completely ripped out for reno

Lincoln Center Revson Fountain, a iconic landmark since it officially opened on April 6, 1964 -- is gone.

As part of the major renovation of Lincoln Center, the fountain has been completely removed.

Plans call for the installation of a new fountain with better seating, new lighting and technological upgrades.
