M&M’s World launches new color: Central Park Green

cenralparkmm.jpgM&M's is going even more green.

M&M’s World New York in Times Square is today launching a new color: Central Park Green.

The new green -- "rendered in multiple shades of green to represent the mottled leaves on the park’s 26,000 trees" -- will be available only at the multi-level Times Square candy shop.

And 10 percent of the proceeds will go to the Central Park Conservancy.

The new green M&Ms are available in a half-pound limited-edition tin for $10 or in a "celebration bottle" of 1.5 lbs of candy for $16.

M&M's World is located at 1600 Broadway, map.
