TKTS Times Square aims to reopen 'late spring 2008'

Both the Daily News and the New York Times this week tackle the TKTS problem -- namely, why isn't the discount theater ticket booth back in the middle of Times Square?
As the NY Times tells it:
"How did a six-month project that was supposed to be completed last December turn into at least a two-year one?
Well, one of the contractors went bankrupt. And the innovative design has proved challenging to engineer. ...
The current hoped-for re-opening date, according to the News: late spring 2008.

Until then, the temporary TKTS booth remains behind the Marriott Marquis, on West 46th Street, between Broadway and Eighth Avenue. The downtown location is at the South Street Seaport, at the corner of Front and John streets.
