6 Columbus in soft opening, Hotel le Bleu still awaits

6 Columbus, which has long felt like the Winchester Mystery Hotel that would never finish construction, is actually open for business as of today, according to HotelChatter.

About 50 of the hotel's 88 rooms are complete, according to HC, which notes you can book them for as little as $199 via Quickbook. The hotel is located on the southwest corner of Central Park at 6 Columbus Circle, map.

Meanwhile in Brooklyn, the Hotel le Bleu is still awaiting permission to open. The online reservation form now pegs the opening for October 16 with rooms from $324.
