Body found wrapped in plastic at Hotel Carter
The Hotel Carter, named one of the dirtiest hotels in the country, is now a crime scene after a body was found wrapped in a plastic bag, according to WCBS.
The young woman's body was found under the bed in room 608.
The Times Square "budget" hotel is frequented by tourists who have no idea what they're getting into.
