'Sopranos' going-out-of-business yard sale

sopranosdiningroomset.JPGThe word on the street is that all the leftover props and whatnot from "The Sopranos" are going on sale in Long Island City starting at 10 a.m. on Tuesday.

See Gothamist and New Now Next for the details.

This isn't an uncommon practice for defunct shows. If you sit in the booths at Liberty Heights Tap Room in Brooklyn, you might recognize them for their "School of Rock" cameo where the principal gets a little buzzed on her beer and sings Stevie Nicks.

If you don't need the original stuff, you can shop HBO online, for stuff like a bowling ball bag or "Cleaver" coffee mug.

Update: Apparently the warehouse offerings weren't even worth the trip on the first morning.
