Caudalie, Radu, Warren Tricomi confirmed for Plaza

Although The Plaza reportedly just cashed in $56 million for one of its new condo residences, when it opens as a condo/hotel later this year, it remains largely unclear who will occupy the fancy retail shops downstairs, the Post reports.

The only confirmations are from Caudalie day spa, hairstylist Warren Tricomi and celebrity trainer Radu, according to the Post. Parisian patisserie LaDuree is a maybe.

When The Plaza reopens after extensive renovations, its 150 hotel rooms (down from 850,) will be run by Fairmont. The target opening date has been pegged for on or around The Plaza's 100th anniversary: October 1.
