Reservations open for OHNY behind-the-scenes tours

timessquare.march152007.JPGTickets are now on sale for Open House New York's full list of behind-the-scenes spring tours of Times Square Neon, Gansevoort Market and the South Street Seaport.

Open House New York, which opens up the doors to hundreds of little-seen NYC spaces for free for one weekend in October, since last year has been creating a series of tours (for money) to offset costs of running the big October event. Last year's tours included architect-led visits to the rebuilt WTC 7 skyscraper just before it was ready for occupancy.

Here are the spring tours:

Peeling Back the Neon - $20
Saturday, April 21, 2007, 10 a.m., 4 p.m. and midnight

From Working Seaport to Living City (family event) $20 total for 1 adult and 1 child
Saturday, April 28, 2007, 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Gansevoort Market in Transition - $20
Saturday, May 19, 2007, noon and 3 p.m.

Come June, there will be an inside-out Tudor City tour.
