Plaza renovation ads - 'even more elegant' in '62
 Approaching its 100-year anniversary, this is hardly the first time The Plaza has gone in for a little reconstructive surgery.
This time around, The Plaza ads are seeking buyers for its multi-mil condos. But the magic of ebay lets you travel back in time ... to the elegant renovation of 1962.
No re-opening date has been announced, but it's a good bet it will be on or before October 1, 2007, the day The Plaza turns 100.
