Times Square New Year's panorama, with Christina

timessquarenye.2007.JPGPanoramas.dk's photographer Jook Leung once again secured a position on stage in the middle of Times Square for the start of 2007. He's produced a panoramic, 360-degree Quicktime image of last night's New Year's Eve events -- while standing just a few feet from Christina Aguilera.

Panoramas.dk's site also has a stunner panorama taken a couple days ago from near the ball itself (be sure to look down into Times Square,) and another from Rockefeller Center when the Christmas tree lights were lit.

360VR has several other great NYC panoramas, including the September 11 Tribute in Light memorial and the Fifth Avenue Apple Store opening.

Also see Erik Olsen's personal site for more New York panoramic eye candy, including the Meat Packing District, inside the old Brooklyn Navy Yard and Central Park.
