Churning up anticipation for DeNiro's Downtown Hotel

The New York Times says Robert DeNiro's as-yet-unopened Downtown Hotel may be the "most hyped hotel in the country."

Located in Tribeca at Greenwich Street and No. Moore, the six-story, 90-room hotel is expected to open sometime in 2007. Ago Restaurant will open there as well, according to the Times.

There are 13,000 new or renovated hotel rooms set to open in the city by 2010, according to NYC & Co., the city's official tourism bureau.
