Rockefeller Center tree in place, lighting on Nov. 29

rocktree.garden.jpgRockefeller Center Christmas tree is in place, but hidden behind scaffolding and like a bad episode of "Saturday Night Live," it's not yet ready for prime time.

The official lighting ceremony is scheduled for November 29th from 7 to 9 p.m. in a show scheduled for NBC. The talent: Christina Aguilera, Sting, Bette Midler, Lionel Richie, Bette Midler, Sarah McLachlan, Enya, John Legend, Martina McBride, and Taylor Hicks.
