NYC hotel rates predicted to rise up to 18 pct in '07
Think New York hotel prices are already high? Hang on, they're going higher.
That's the prediction from the American Express Global Business Travel Forecast, which forecasts hotel rates in NYC will climb as much as much as 18 percent next year, according to the Associated Press.
Just a month ago, PKF Consulting said the average NYC hotel rate will climb toward $300 a night this fall.
