Hotel 373 to open on Fifth Avenue in mid-December

Hotel 373 Fifth Avenue, a 70-room boutique hotel, has launched its website, Curbed notes, and will open for business in December.

The pet-friendly hotel will offer wi-fi throughout the property, wall-mounted flat-screen LCD TV’s in the rooms and iPod docking stations.

Rooms for December 15, the first day you're able to make a reservation online, start at $349 though a number of December dates are as low at $229. In January, the rates drop to $199 a night.
