Tribeca's Duane Street Hotel nears opening date

duanestreethotel.room.JPGThe 45-room Duane Street Hotel in Tribeca isn't quite ready to announce an opening date, but it will begin accepting reservations within 30 days, a company spokesman told NewYorkology.

The pet-friendly boutique hotel will be in a brand new building with rates starting at $300 and come with wi-fi throughout the hotel, flat screen HD televisions, Egyptian cotton linens, twice-daily maid service and access to the 24-hour business center.

The hotel will also be home to 'beca, a 40-seat restaurant and bar with Chef Kristiaan Ueno's Mediterranean influenced Asian and American menu. It will open simultaneously with the hotel sometime after January 1.

The Duane Street Hotel will be located at 130 Duane St., map.
