One to watch: TripTie travel planner site launches

TripTie, a new travel planing site powered by user-created lists, has one especially nice feature you don't find in many other sites: easy to find prices.

The bad news is that not all the users are providing prices, or accurate ones.

Still, it's a site to watch.

Prior to its public launch this week, TripTie's New York section was seeded with lists such as best restaurants, a tourist whirlwind visit and cheap hostels. The idea is that you can plan your own trip by mixing and matching from other people's itineraries.
