Bellydancing, buses and beers at Atlantic Antic

atlanticantic.jpg

Huge crowds showed up in Brooklyn on Sunday for the Atlantic Antic, one of the city's biggest annual street fairs. The diversity of Brooklyn was in full force; there was bellydancing, rockabilly, a Nets-jersey wearing drum corps, the Quakers, the Brooklyn Tabernacle, a Belarusian church, UppityNegro.com, pony rides, face painting, Islamic bumper sticker stands, the Green Party and MTA union fried fish from RogerToussaintVictory2006.com - and at least three kinds of Brooklyn-brewed beers on tap (Brooklyn Brewery, Sixpoint and Kelso.)

More pictures after the jump.
