'Grinch' will play Broadway for Christmas season

grinch.JPG"Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas! — The Musical" will come to Broadway for the holdays, playing 12 shows a week, including eight performances every weekend, according to Playbill.

"Grinch" will play from October 25 through January 7, with opening night scheduled for November 8, according to Variety. It will play the Hilton Theatre, where the musical "Hot Feet" is awaiting it's inevitable cancellation, where the seating capacity has been filled below 40 percent for the past month.

No casting has been announced, but it will include the "You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch" song from the 1966 film based on the book by Theodor Geisel, better known as Dr. Seuss.
