Lineup announced for Central Park Summerstage

It looks like it's going to be Ladies Night all summer in Central Park considering the SummerStage events are dominated by women.

Among the free shows are Feist, (June 25,) Audra McDonaldon, (June 29,) Edie Brickell and New Bohemians, (July 28,) "Vertically Challenged" hip-hopper Lady Sovereign, (July 30,) and a reading of “The Year of Magical Thinking,” by Joan Didion, (June 30.)

Ticketed benefit shows include Bonnie Raitt, (June 28,) Ani DiFranco, (July 13,) and Fiona Apple, (July 26.) Programming runs from June 16 through August 13.
