Woolworth among landmarks still closed to public

Cass Gilbert's terra cotta neo-Gothic Woolworth Building is one of the most iconic landmarks in New York City's skyline, but that doesn't mean you can see what it looks like from the inside.

In fact, it tops the New York Times list of the toughest downtown landmarks to sneak a peek at from the inside.

It's a private office building and security doesn't even want lookie-loos in the lobby.

For an online viewing, Gothamist pulled together a few links of the downtown landmarks.
