TRANSIT STRIKE STARTS ON SUBWAYS, BUSES
In a 3 a.m. news conference, Transit Workers Union Local 100 President Roger Toussaint said the "Local 100 executive board has voted overwhelmingly to extend strike action to all MTA properties immediately."
