Graffiti arrests rise 93 percent in New York City

Graffiti arrests are up 93 percent this year over last, according to the Daily News.

For the past year, police have been using 150 digital cameras to police to document the graffiti and feed the works' details into a Graffitistat database, resulting in 2,230 arrests so far this year.
