Beware Blood Manor

Gridskipper reports on troubles at the Blood Manor haunted house over the weekend, where the spookfest may have been victimized by its own success.

Two hours in line only be turned away, sans refund, just before 1 a.m. helped coax an angry letter printed at Gridskipper. The nice part goes like this: "I will not accept standing in the cold and spending $80+ for nothing."

Happy Halloween.

Update: Blood Manor responds to Gridskipper with an explanation involving "we elected not to enforce times strictly, many people came at times other than for which they bought tix. This resulted in more people at a given time and created longer lines." Full excuse at Gridskipper.
