'Seinfeld' SoupMan opening on 42nd near Madison
 The SoupMan of "Seinfeld" Soup Nazi fame will reopen this month in a new location on 42nd Street near Madison Avenue, a tipster reports to the Eater blog.
The new location will likely be part of Soup Kitchen International's big plan to franchise 1,000 soup outlets.
